Where Our Journey Lives Today (Our Active 2026 Season, Temporarily Suspended Due to Low Water)
Before we cast off for our open-ocean passages in 2027, our home port remains right here on the water. For several years, we have had the absolute pleasure of hosting private charters on beautiful Lake Hefner. If you are looking to get out on the water with us this season, our current local availability and pricing are listed right below.
An exclusive look at the liveaboard lifestyle, tailored for guests looking to step away from the grid and experience the sea with us.
Cruises & Exclusive Stays
The Island Hopper (Multi-Day Stay)
Minimum 4-night local cruising package. Experience the real liveaboard life within local boundaries—no international customs or visa hassles. Water activities like snorkeling gear, paddleboards, and dinghy excursions are available weather and availability permitting.
The Coastal Day Cruise
A daytime sailing trip through local waters. We sail strictly during daylight hours to ensure a safe return before dusk. This immersive 5-to-7-hour experience (depending on local routes and weather) is a private charter offered
The Anchor & Stay (Bed & Breakfast)
Minimum 2-night stay safely at anchor. The boat serves as your floating home base. Includes shore-to-ship dinghy transfers. Option to add a Day Cruise or extend your stay.
Offerings available sometime in 2027. We’re working hard to get this available for you.

👥 A Note on Group Sizes & Special Exceptions
For our overnight stays, additional guests can easily be accommodated if they are enthusiastic about true boat-style sleeping arrangements—whether that means bedding down on the comfortable saloon table couch or sleeping right on deck under a canopy of stars. When actively underway, extra passengers have plenty of space to relax down below in the main cabin areas or join the crew up on deck. Every voyage is a personal conversation; let us know your group layout during your inquiry, and we will work together to see what Sailing To-Get-Her can accommodate.
While our core packages are tailored for standard maximum guests to ensure absolute comfort, we know that family dynamics and close friend groups sometimes come with unique logistics. If you have an additional guest or two, we are entirely open to special, agreed-upon exceptions depending on the situation and your group's willingness to adapt.
The Leadership & Team-Building Challenge
"Ditch the hotel conference room. Forge unbreakable trust where phone signals fade and real leadership shines."
The VIP Executive Experience
"Forget standard steakhouse dinners—close your next major deal at anchor under the stars."
Onboard Dining & Freedom to Explore: Daily breakfasts and onboard snacks/beverages are 100% provided. Lunches and dinners are designed as a 50/50 balance—half hosted onboard, and half enjoyed ashore at local island restaurants (shore meals paid individually by guests).

🥂 The VIP Advantage:
The Floating Boardroom: Conduct high-stakes planning or close key deals with a gentle ocean breeze instead of fluorescent conference room lights.
Unplugged Confidentiality: Complete privacy for sensitive executive conversations—no crowded hotel lobbies or eavesdropping, just open water.
Elevated Culinary Experience: Signature host-cooked onboard meals, including a premium seafood dinner (such as fresh local catch or lobster, where regionally available).
Aft-Deck Candlelit Dining: Enjoy host-cooked meals served under the stars on the aft deck (weather and anchorage conditions permitting).
Sunset Anchor Toasts & Stocked Bar: End each day’s session with top-shelf spirits on deck. Includes standard brand-name spirits (up to $60/bottle), premium wines, and custom provisioning.
Concierge Hospitality: Full host discretion, complete privacy, and unhurried itineraries designed around your business goals
Rates: Flat Charter Rate (Up to 7 Days): $10,500 Capacity: Up to 4 Guests (Private 2-Stateroom Layout)
💼 Corporate & VIP Executive Charters
Flat-Rate Workweek Booking: Reserved as a single calendar-week block (up to 7 days, e.g., Saturday to Saturday). Whether your schedule permits all 7 days or requires a 5-day window to align with corporate flights, your rate remains fixed for exclusive access to the vessel.
Guest Travel Logistics: Guests arrange their own transportation to/from our designated port of origin (commercial flights, regional ferries, or taxis). Upon booking, we provide exact port coordinates and recommended transit routes.
🏆 Interactive Team Challenges & Friendly Stakes
The Dynamic: All guests must bring an adventurous spirit! Sleeping quarters, evening perks, and daily privileges are earned through friendly team competitions.
We offer a flexible challenge menu (or you are welcome to bring your company’s custom team-building agenda):
The "Castaway" Navigation Challenge: Using paper charts and compass bearings, teams pilot the ship's dinghy to navigate to a designated beach target or cove.
Paddleboard Balance & Water Rally: A fun, high-energy challenge in calm anchorages where team members test their balance and race around buoy markers.
Starlight Celestial Navigation Trivia: A late-night challenge on deck identifying major constellations and stars for bonus team points toward stateroom rights.
Shore & Beach Competitions: Beach relay races, water-treading challenges, and the Hermit Crab Derby.
The Bonfire Challenge: A daytime beach team challenge to forage firewood and setup resources for that evening's beach bonfire under the stars (where permitted).
Seamanship Tests: Timed "Sails Up" trials, blindfolded knot-tying relays, and vessel handling challenges.
Friendly High Stakes: Winners earn private stateroom rights; losing teams take salon/deck berths—and take on host duties by preparing evening drinks or cooking dinner for the winning team!
Note: All coastal activities, beach bonfires, and shore visits strictly depend on our current geographic location, regional regulations, and local weather/sea conditions.
Rates: Flat Charter Rate (Up to 7 Days): $12,800 Capacity: Up to 8 Guests (2 Staterooms, 2 Salon Berths, 2 Cockpit/Deck Berths)
💳 Secure Booking Terms, Cancellations & Extending Your Adventure
Guest Cancellations: Because we deliberately limit our calendar openings and turn down other inquiries once your dates are locked in, all deposits are strictly non-refundable if you choose to cancel your voyage. Because plans can change unexpectedly, we highly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive Travel/Trip Interruption Insurance to fully protect their financial investment.
Because we manage a moving ocean vessel with fixed provisioning, clearing schedules, and limited seasonal windows, we handle our booking logistics with standard maritime frameworks:
Securing Your Dates: A 50% deposit is required to officially secure and lock in your custom voyage dates on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled boarding date.
Our Commitment to Safety: If the Captain cancels a voyage due to named tropical storms, hurricanes, official coast guard marine warnings, or unexpected mechanical issues, you will receive a 100% full refund or a seamless credit to reschedule.
⚓ Extending Your Adventure: We love when a voyage turns into a longer journey. Once your dates are officially locked in, if there are no overlapping guest bookings or upcoming ship maintenance cycles, you are always welcome to extend your stay with us. Whether you decide you want to arrive a few days early or find yourself wanting to continue chasing horizons with us at the end of your trip, just let us know. If our calendar is clear, we will gladly coordinate the logistics to keep the adventure going.
Welcome Aboard: Guidelines & Expectations
🧳 Luggage Constraints: Soft-sided, collapsible duffel bags only. No hard-shell suitcases.
👟 Deck Footwear: No hard-soled shoes on the boat or dinghy. Please bring soft, flexible, non-marking shoes (like flip-flops or Hey Dudes) to protect the deck and your toes.
💨 Weather & Captain's Discretion: The Captain’s primary focus is absolute safety. All final destinations and itinerary changes are at the Captain’s strict discretion based on wind, waves, and weather.
🔋 Living Off the Grid: Resources are limited. We practice "Sailor Showers" (water on to get wet, off to soap up, on to rinse) to conserve our fresh water supply.
🤫 Respecting the Anchorage: Sound travels fast over open water. We observe quiet hours after sunset out of respect for neighboring boats.
🚽 Marine Toilets (Heads): Never flush anything down a boat toilet unless you have eaten it first. No paper towels, wipes, or products can ever go down the head.
A liveaboard vessel is a unique, close-quarters environment. To ensure everyone onboard has a relaxing, peaceful, and truly enjoyable stay, we focus heavily on mutual respect and open communication.
Good Vibes Only: We are here to disconnect from the chaos of the world and build happy, lifelong memories. To maintain a peaceful sanctuary for our guests and crew, we prioritize positive interactions and clear, kind communication. Drama and hostile behavior have no place on deck.
Mutual Respect: Sailing To-Get-Her is a safe, welcoming space for everyone. We hold a strict, zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or unwanted behavior. Everyone on board is expected to treat each other with absolute dignity and respect so we can all enjoy the harmony of the sea together.
