Our Veteran Community: To those who have served our country, we open our deck to offer a space of tranquility and reflection. (Please note: While we passionately welcome all veterans, our traditional sailing vessel is not equipped with wheelchair or handicap-accessible facilities).

We believe that the restorative peace of the open water should be shared with those who have given the most, fought the hardest, and navigated life's deepest storms. 'Keeping Grounded' is our dedicated giveback initiative. Through select passages, we aim to honor and provide an unhurried escape for:

Milestones of Sobriety: We celebrate the incredible resilience of individuals marking major milestones in their recovery journey—honoring 5, 10, or 20+ years of sobriety with a peaceful passage to mark their triumph.

Partners in Purpose

Our giveback voyages are supported by private and corporate sponsors who want to fuel a direct impact on the water. To maintain absolute transparency and eliminate bias, Sailing To-Get-Her does not select the giveaway recipients.

Instead, our active, contributing sponsors form our Quarterdeck Voting Board. We pledge one major giveback passage per year to start, with the goal of increasing that frequency as our sponsor family grows. All submitted nominations are presented to our active sponsors, who collectively vote on which individuals receive the complimentary voyages.
